I was almost impressed, but I just couldn't believe the limited breakfast menu. Six measly dishes? the sun beds were perpetually occupied by non-guests. my towels did not guarantee a spot. How hard would it have been for management to throw in an upgrade or complimentary drink for the inconveniences?

Sunrise. The beach was indeed lovely and not crowded. breakfast options were limited, and I wish there had been more activities nearby to enjoy at night.

Ask for the front room with a balcony for stunning beach views. it makes the stay more enjoyable despite road noise.

The beach view is stunning , making every moment magical. Staff efficiently addressed my last-minute needs for an extra bed.

The air conditioning in the room struggled to cool effectively!!! A bathroom revamp would significantly improve the experience!!! The door to the balcony was a hassle to operate!!!

The beachfront location is incredible, with fantastic views and easy access to the beach. The staff, particularly the breakfast team, made every morning delightful with their friendly service and good food....

The beach access at Crystal Bay is amazing. The views from the room are absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful atmosphere. Watching the sunrise each morning was breathtaking. I loved the complementary use of garden furniture on the terrace, perfect for sipping coffee. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast where I enjoyed delicious croissants and a selection of fruit. I found the breakfast menu somewhat limited. only six dishes available, and I had to pay extra for additional items. The swimming pool was quite small and overly chlorinated, which caused discomfort for my child. The beach can get crowded, especially during the day, so finding a quiet spot requires getting there early. Another downside was the noise from nearby roads, which could be distracting. the hotel has great potential but needs a few adjustments to enhance guest experience.

The beachfront terrace offered breathtaking views of the ocean, ideal for sipping morning coffee. The laundry service at 40 baht per kilo made keeping clothes fresh incredibly convenient.

Check-in was a hassle. we waited over three hours due to room availability on arrival. The noise levels in our room were disturbing, severely impacting our sleep quality, and the decor felt outdated more like 'vintage' than stylish. Dining options were limited, and nearly everything closed by 10 PM, which made for dull evenings.

The restaurant served lovely food, especially those iconic Thai bites that just hit different! Plus, the amazing view of the bay from our Deluxe Beachfront with Terrace really made every meal...
